All prices listed on the website are for reference only. Because we customize every tour and activity, and co-planned with you, we cannot tell the accurate price before discussing with you. If you see "0" in the price, it means the price is subject to many uncertainties that need to be worked out. After we finalize the trip details, you will receive and invoice with the accurate amount to be settled.

We typically arrange 7 or 10-seat comfortable vehicle for tours, e.g. Toyota Alpha. We will co-plan the vehicle size together with you considering the number of travelers and luggage requirement. If your travel group wants a private tour, there is a minimum fixed cost corresponding to each size of the vehicle. If the tour is shared with other travelers, all travelers share equally the total cost of the vehicle service and you will pay your portion.

We have drivers and guides speaking different languages. Most demanded languages are English, Chinese and Japanese. If you need a translator to speak your languages through the trip, please inform us during trip planning.

Every traveler is required to purchase travel insurance to cover the whole trip with us. You can purchase the insurance through your own insurance provider or through us. You are required to provide valid proof of your travel insurance if you have purchased it by your own. If you need us to purchase the insurance for you, we will add the insurance fee to your total amount of payment. Our company is a licensed travel agency and operator in Japan, so we follow strictly the legal requirements of the corresponding Japan travel regulation (旅行業法, 手配旅行契約).
